The Manager shall act in accordance with applicable laws, including the
General Data Protection Regulation (AVG / GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679), as well as relevant national legislation in Poland and the Netherlands.

2. Types of data processed

The Administrator may process the following personal data:

• full name
• e-mail address and phone number
• company details (name, VAT number, address)
• data concerning transport orders (e.g. routes, license plates, consignor and consignee data)
• data of drivers, subcontractors and contact persons
• IP address and technical data (cookies, server logs)

The data will be processed only for the purposes described in section 3.

3. Purposes of data processing

Personal data is processed for:

• execution of transport and logistics services
• preparation, management and execution of agreements, orders, invoicing and financial processing
• contact with customers, partners and suppliers
• recruitment procedures for employees and drivers
• equipment security (GPS vehicle location systems, alarm systems)
• handling of contact forms on the website
• marketing and information purposes related to the company's activities (only with the data subject's consent)

4. Legal basis for processing

Processing takes place on the basis of:

• Art. 6(1)(b) AVG - execution of a contract or measures prior to a contract
• Art. 6(1)(c) AVG - legal obligation of the Fund Manager
• Art. 6(1)(f) AVG - legitimate interest of the Administrator (e.g. security, debt collection, business analysis)
• Art. 6(1)(a) AVG - consent of the data subject (e.g. newsletter, contact form)

5. Transfer of personal data

Personal data may be transferred to:

• SIPB-Group B.V. (Dutch branch)
• logistics companies, freight forwarders and insurance companies
• drivers, subcontractors and partners for execution of orders
• service providers (IT, accounting, legal and consultancy)
• public authorities when required by legislation

The transfer between Poland and the Netherlands takes place within the European Union, in accordance with AVG requirements.
There will be no personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) passed on.

6. Data retention period

Data held:

• during the term of the agreement and financial settlement
• during the period required by tax and administrative legislation
• to withdraw consent (if processing is based on it)
• to the expiry of limitation periods of any claims

• deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”)
