Licences and authorisations of SIPB-GROUP Sp. z o.o.
EU Community licence - international road transport
Our company holds an International Transport Licence, issued by the Polish Road Transport Inspectorate (GITD). This licence authorises the company to transport goods within all EU member states.
The authorisation was issued in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1072/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council, confirming that requirements for:
- financial strength,
- good reputation of the entrepreneur,
- professional competence of the transport manager.
- international road freight transport,
- cabotage transport within EU countries,
- transport by vehicles up to and above 3.5 tonnes GVW.
VIHB register - Kingdom of the Netherlands (NIWO)
Ons bedrijf staat geregistreerd in het VIHB-register van NIWO – Nationale en Internationale Wegvervoer Organisatie (Nederland).
VIHB number: 546159VXXX Status: onbepaalde tijd geldig De registratie bevestigt naleving van vereisten inzake:- operational reliability,
- professional competence,
- Compliance with waste management regulations in the Netherlands.

German transport licence (up to 3.5 tonnes GVW)
It is also authorised to transport goods with vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes GVW on the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The licence confirms compliance with German requirements on:
- professional qualification,
- financial strength,
- reliability and impeccable conduct.
- domestic freight transport in Germany,
- International transport to and from Germany.
