The company has branches in two countries (Poland - Netherlands).

Form of employment

Employment takes place on the basis of an employment contract, in one of two forms:

Polish employment contract  - for drivers living in Poland

Dutch employment contract (contract under Dutch law)  - For drivers living in the Netherlands./p>

K Each agreement will be drafted in accordance with applicable laws:

with full social, health and pension insurance,

subject to the rules on minimum wage and allowances as laid down in the CLA Transport and Logistics Netherlands (TLN).

Employment conditions

The first 3 months form a trial period, during which the driver learns about the fleet and working standards.

Hourly wage: as of €15 gross and above, in line with collective agreement rules, with the possibility of regular raises and allowances for night, weekend and holiday work.

Features

We hire drivers for various positions, including:

drivers of vans up to 3.5 tonnes (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, refrigerated vehicles, vehicles with tailgate)

couriers (direct parcel and consignment deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium, including Germany),

drivers for pallet transport and express shipments.

The work of a courier is carried out according to safety regulations, in compliance with working time standards (Working Hours Act) and breaks as required by EU regulations. Each driver receives support in Polish and Dutch.

Fleet and equipment

Each driver receives an assigned Mercedes-Benz vehicle - modern, fully operational and regularly maintained. In addition, our fleet has new electric vehicles, making deliveries possible in environmental zones (LEZ, ULEZ).

We offer:

fuel card,

complete vehicle equipment (lashing straps, anti-slip mats, GPS)

possibility of parking the vehicle close to the residence („car at home”) - by prior arrangement.

Work organisation

The work schedule is determined individually, taking into account the driver's preferences - work in day or night shifts is possible. .

We guarantee timely payments, support from a coordinator and help with administrative formalities (registration, BSN number, bank account).

Work is carried out in full compliance with the Dutch Working Hours Act and European road transport regulations.
